A client is defined by a unique ClientID, indicating a distinct entity or business for which data is segmented. Each client can have its own Power BI Workspaces and Power BI Data Models. These data models are critical as they refresh from the data warehouse and utilize resources independently.

Users are individuals who have access to Etani's platform and EVA, our AI-powered data companion. Unlike clients, users interact with the data and analytics provided by Etani but do not directly correlate to the resource consumption driven by data model refreshes and data warehouse usage.

Having 20 clients with one Xero Organisation per client uses significantly more resources than having one client with 20 Xero Organisations. This is because each client has its own Power BI Data Model, which refreshes from the data warehouse independently, thus increasing resource consumption.

If you go over the user limit, you will automatically move to the next plan. Only Advisor Admins have the authority to upgrade the business to a new pricing plan. Our pricing is based on EVA usage for users, ensuring that you have the access and resources needed as your team grows.

No, you do not need a Power BI Pro account for direct interactions with Etani. You can upload and download PBIX files directly within Etani. However, a Power BI Pro account is necessary if you wish to use certain external services such as SharePoint or another database, as it allows for the connection of the semantic model.
