Why does it matter that we setup an Azure SQL Database for you?

We understand that you yourselves can create your own database inside Microsoft Azure and connect to it. It matters not because of the creation of the database but the resources it uses. When you have 1-2 million rows of your data in a database and you query this database, it costs money. CPU and Memory are fundamental to the query of your database.
